I was going in for a procedure at a nearby hospital, so this hotel's location was perfect. 
The bathroom needed upgrading. The hotel was fine, although I have received better discounts in different cities through Priceline.

Friendly staff and located within easy walking distance to good resturants I thought for the overall rating the rooms were a little tired and small. The hotel staff was friendly, but the shuttle service is not free and needs to be booked in advanced of checking in. It is close to several very good resturants, but a little far from some of the other city attractions.

Staff was helpful - they tried to compensate for not being close to the tourist area and downtown - by providing a one way shuttle. Not in the general downtown area. The staff were accomodating and helpful - it was not their fault that the hotel is not located in a good shopping or sightseeing area.
