Modernist style in room. It's in the business district. Neighborhood had no charm. Nice place. Cool bathroom and shower.

The location, proximity to ocean and Stanley Park. Construction did not permit easy parking and access. This hotel was great and close to shopping, etc. The overall luxuriousness was not quite on par with other hotels I've stayed at.

Centrally located and the staff was wonderful. The<BR/>TV service was very bad - not easy to use technologically. The Hyatt was clean, luxurious in some ways, staff was excellent, and it was located between the cruise ships and many other attractions. Also all the major sight-seeing tours stopped directly at this hotel so it made touring very simple.
