The location was very convenient, close to everything. 
The heater in the room did not work, we froze. Asked for king, got two doubles. Location was great, paying extra for parking was not expected. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. The willingness of staff. The location is a little out of the way. The hotel was clean, staff & management were very friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff, nice restaurant, great computer area. Had to carry luggage up many steps to check in at 11pm. The hotel and neighborhood seemed a bit iffy upon our 11 pm arrival. The next morning it was all transformed to a very nice place with a great restaurant and public computer area.

The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Coffee whitener was powder-yuk! Drapes did not close at night. Overall, very comfortable. They should probably leave a note to this effect on the coffee tray. They provided very comprehensive maps of Downtown Vancouver which were a great help.

It was very clean. When we arrived late, we were not greeted for some time although a front desk clerk was right in front of us. He looked up at one point but rather. I'll be right with you we were given a negative look, finally another clerk came out of the back to check us in.
