Hotel Description:

Art and Elegance converge at Vancouver's most artful hotel. Listel Vancouver, one of the cities most celebrated boutique style properties, is well located on world famous Robson Street the center of shopping and dining in this vibrant and interesting city. The Deluxe Gallery Floor rooms and suites offer guests a unique experience; each unit has been designed as an individual art gallery, and each features original and limited edition works on loan form the Buschlen Mowatt Galleries. The Gallery Project encompasses 54 rooms of the hotel and is the perfect choice for those looking for something a little special in their accommodations experience. As well as the Gallery Floors, the Listel Vancouver also offers it's newest creation; a partnership with the Museum of Anthropology at the University of British Columbia, the Museum has sponsored 22 rooms at the Listel, each room featuring Pacific Northwest art on loan from The MOA, these rooms have been developed to "show-off" the indigenous materials and styling of Canada's west coast. Restaurants

O'Doul's Restaurant and Bar: O'Doul's Restaurant and Bar has been a Vancouver dining tradition since the early 1960's, when it opened as a popular cafe. There are very few native Vancouver-ites unfamiliar with O'Doul's Sunday brunch and, now, live Jazz on the weekends. The new decor (since the complete renovation in 1996) is evocative of the days of discovery, as an old World twin-hemisphere map adorns the atrium ceiling and compass roses help you get your bearings. The food is an exploration into the rich flavors and bountiful harvest of this abundant coastline and the fertile Fraser Valley delta. Prominent breakfast and brunch favorites are Eggs Benedict and Blueberry Banana Pancakes. Popular lunch entrees include panfried Fanny Bay oysters and O'Doul's Deli style sandwich. Executive Chef Ray Evans has created our exciting menu with discovery in mind. The selections, all made from the freshest ingredients, take you on a gastronomic journey. The flavors are exceptional yet simple, based on our Pacific Northwest offerings, and our beverage list features some of British Columbia's best wines and micro-brewed beers. * Hours - 06:30-15:00/17:00-22:00 * Rating - 4 Star * Dress Code - Casual
The Vintage Gallery: The Vintage Gallery is the Listel Vancouver's luxurious private dining room. It houses over 1000 bottles of wine from some of the world's finest vineyards - Shafer, Stag's Leap, Kenwood, Mission Hill, Domaine Drouhin, Hogue Cellars, CedarCreek, Graham's, Wolf Blass, Frescobaldi, Errazuriz, and Moet et Chandon - to name a few. This private dining room is designed for receptions and gourmet dinners, as well as wine and food tastings for groups of up to 25 people. Individual menus can be designed by our Executive Chef Ray Evans and recommendations can be made in regards to wine-pairing (a different wine with each course), flights and tastings.
