Concierge and bell staff were excellent. The bed was so poor that we both got very little sleep and had back and headaches the next day. Very pretty, great staff. Horrible bed and bedroom design. Would never recommend for only that reason.

Beautiful decor and amazingly friendly staff. The very best! Nothing by far the best hotel Ive encountered. Rich European style decor blacks, reds and gold's. Quality linens; exceptional towels. Kind and friendly staff that graciously assist with every need. Truly the best all around hotel experience.

Everything but the bed. Awful sleep. Great hotel in great part of the city with lousy beds. I like a firm bed. This was a hard bed with a springy mattress like what you get at an embassy suites. Very lousy sleep. Everything about the hotel is A+ except the terrible bed. I would not stay...Read More

Great Location, Very Helpful Staff. Not very helpful after check out. I asked to be allowed to use the luggage lock up for a couple of hours when I was back in Vancouver a couple of days after my 7 day stay in Le Soleil. Friendly staff, clean room, nice location. Small room and lobby, bad business center. This is a good hotel. Everything is small, looks old and business center doesn't open in weekends and some weekdays.

Wonderful location, nice decor, front desk and bellhops were great The room was cramped, the food was inedible and someone forgot the room number and knocked on our door at midnight to give us an adapter. The breakfast was terrible and when we tried to eat at the attached restaurant the following morning we walked out after waiting for 30 minutes for someone to take our order. It is close to downtown Overpriced and expensive add-ons like parking, internet etc. The hotel is located beside a seedy strip club so there are a lot of less-than-desirable people around. Valet parking is mandatory and costs $22. A small bottle of wine (2 glasses) costs $33.
